  I love this UPS store. Service is quick and usually there's not a line however on Sunday they weren't open or they closed early so.

  Let me say I like UPS as a whole. But I find the enshitification of all processes now days just unacceptable. If you schedule an appointment for a notary and receive two email notifications of the appointment. When you arrive at the site you shouldn’t be told we don’t accept those appointments and our notary is not here. That’s just poor customer service and now I know better and hopefully this message is helpful to someone else.

  **This is a review for UPS in general. I shipped an item from this location that was $35 total. It was an item that i sold on Ebay. UPS damaged the package so bad it was no longer in the package when it arrived to the buyer. i have spent over 40 hours calling UPS and finally they said they would send me the $35 only that they supposedly sent it to ebay and not to me. When i call ebay they told me they cant receive payments and that UPS is basically lying to me. I provided them with my full name and address to send the check but they wouldn't. I will NEVER use UPS again. the absolute worst customer service i have ever dealt with in my life. I guess if your package makes it to whomever you are sending it to great. If it doesn't and you have issues, best of luck to you!!! you won't get anywhere with this company. The people at this store also told me they are a separate entity and they can't help at all which if that's the case, remove the UPS logo.
