  I learned about this UPS Store just 2 weeks ago. I’ve come here twice now, and the customer service has been incredible. Hidden little gem in this complex.

  So they take amazon returns but are closed on sundays??!! That makes zero sense. Ups is subpar. Sundays off? Why? Because work at the store us very hard? Lol just stand around and scan stuff people.

  I made an appointment (via phone call) for a Notary on Saturday, I get there and the girl tells me the Notary is not there, and to come back another day. So I went to the UPS Store on Alma School and had no problem. My second and (LAST TIME) I went there to return a SHEIN item and send a small package, The girl at the counter (had a hard time speaking or typing English, same as the girl on Saturday) She kept typing everything I said incorrectly and was becoming rude, after 4 attempts, I said never mind and decided to leave. I just didn’t have confidence my package would go to the right place. I will continue to take my business to the Alma School and Germann Rd

  Great customer Service !!!!
