Horrible customer service !
As soon as I walked in, the older disgruntled woman making sandwiches , told me "there's 4 sandwiches ahead of you." Wow! No greeting, no hello, no eye contact, just rudeness. I decided I would wait because my son was wanting a sandwich. This woman took 10 minutes just to make the first 2 sandwiches. No urgency to get the online orders made so she could move on to the in store customers ( only me and my son). Then she calls out to the guy working in the back and all he does is bob his head back and forth with an attitude saying "well we make the sandwiches in the order that they come in." I explained to him that she takes so long to make 1 sandwich and I've been waiting 10 minutes already. But got no help or service from him. I was very annoyed with this service and left yelling out to the 2 workers " no wonder this store is empty!"
My son and I left and went next door and had some delicious tacos served with excellent, friendly customer service.

Sandwiches are pathetic and tiny and have nothing on them. I would overlook this if they were cheap, but they are EXPENSIVE even with the coupons! Extra lettuce is even too much to ask apparently. Absolutely terrible. Vote with your money and go literally ANYWHERE ELSE.

Horrible experience tonight at subway. Only one lady was working. Waited in line for over 20 minutes to not even be talked to, 4 other people waiting in line as well, ended up just walking out. She kept prioritizing online orders and didn’t care about anything else. Had a airpod in listening to a instagram live stream.

Store looks like shit and food looks old the lettuce turning colors shut the store down . I asked for fresh lettuce she tell me that’s how it supposed to to look no way it was brown .

Beware PAUL has an attitude from the start for no reason!!! Was extremely rude to my daughter for asking a simple question. Read some of the reviews about an employee having a attitude and no sense of customer service clearly that's reviews about Paul too. Really if you hate your job get a job not working with the public if you don't know how to be at least kind. Leave your attitude at home.
