  The african american guy who served my sub on 5/18/26 @ 130pm at this location for 12 inch sub order did not greet me and refused to put extra sauce on my sub. The manager also is not good he barely put extra sauce..They are showing racist behavior towards me. They are greeting other customers properly however they did not greet me. I see a clear change in their behavior. They lost a customer. I hope if someone else threats the same way and then they can realize. Your store business will go down eventually. Idiotic people working here.

  My family and I came in for lunch. There’s a young kid that’s in training. He was very a very sweet young man. The man in the NY hat training him was incredibly rude to the kid. The way he was speaking to him was very condescending. The man training didn’t even make my husbands sandwich correctly. When he made mine, he added sauce (that I never asked for) to the bread, put on meat and went to put it in the oven. Again…never asked for it toasted. I wouldn’t come back just because of that guy. Hopefully the young kid can find someone thing else or gets a better trainer.

  Bread tasted stale. Onion crisp had a stale taste. Tomatoes tastes almost frozen and so soggy.

  Honestly, the service here was pretty bad. The two girls working there just didn’t seem interested in helping at all—kind of ignored us and didn’t really try to understand what I was asking for. The whole vibe felt off. I still said thanks at and got nothing back, just blank faces. Yeah… I’m not coming back here.

  Used app ordered four sandwiches all were made incorrectly. Tried to call the store to get fixed and no one answered. Pulled everything off to feed kids as they were hungry and getting ready for prom. Make sure if you order go inside not first time to have this happen
