  I would strongly recommend staying away from this firm. My experience was extremely frustrating and disappointing. I specifically requested in writing that my policy be canceled, and I have documentation confirming that request. Despite this, I later discovered that I was still being charged for the policy. When I brought the issue to their attention and requested that the charges be refunded back to the date I originally requested cancellation, my request was denied. My experience working with Ronald Ballard was particularly frustrating. Unfortunately, dealing with him was one of the main reasons I decided to cancel in the first place. Rates also seemed to increase year after year, which only added to my concerns. Finding out that I had continued paying for something I had already canceled—and then being denied reimbursement despite having the cancellation request in writing—left a very poor impression. Based on my experience, I would encourage anyone considering this firm to carefully review their policies, charges, and cancellation documentation.
