  I was supposed to get my package yesterday, couldn't even go to Fed ex near me to pick suit up for wedding. Spoke with escalation team member yesterday was promised I can pick up package tonight in my city. I have yet to receive it. They love holding people's packages and make it very difficult to pick things up.

  I visited this location today. I needed to ship a very small box. I was helped by Jessica. The contents of my box were not secure. I asked if they had any filler paper (scrap) I could use to pack it in. It’s roughly the size of a folder. She told me it would be $4. It’s not the cost. It’s the principle. She was extremely rude. I said no. She looked at the guy next to her and literally said “he’s not gonna pay it.” Then walked away. I have filed my complaint with corporate. Eventually we need to get back to a place where customers matter and sometimes you have to do what’s right. It shouldn’t be $4 for 2 sheets of scrap paper.
