  We were helped and greeted right away as soon we walked in by Gustavo. He knew about the promotion we were there for and answered all of our questions with out having to call anyone or having to look up anything. I had previously gone to a different store right before, closer to where I live and the person there didn’t know about the promotion or couldn’t help me without calling her manager and even after that wasn’t able to help me. This store is twice as far as the closest cricket store to me but will be my go to since it will save me the headaches.

  I went into this store with an intention of getting a new line added to my account , there was a promotion being offered online for a free moto g stylus , when asked about this offer I spoke with two young lady’s and a manager name Rodrigo who told me that this is offer was not in store and I could only get promotion if I did it online claimed that every cricket store would tell me the same , I went down the street to the cricket in front of auto zone and guess what offer was available in store and they were even willing to get the phone for me even though they did not currently have it in stock. If you want a good experience and don’t want to be lied too I would not recommend this store. This is not the first time I’ve had a bad experience at this location. I suggest Just drive your self down the block to be taken care of with better service & care.
