  My phone died suddenly last evening about half an hour before the store closed. I rushed in and was helped by Brianda. She was so pleasant and knowledgeable. I highly recommend her and this location. Thank you!

  Cell service is decent but have been unable to pay my bill online the past 2 days because the online system is garbage. They need to update their online payment services

  Constant up sales, nearly impossible to return anything . I was porting the number and while I got "free" iPhone , they also put in $11/month insurance. I stated, that I want only phone and service. Still, they re-did whole purchase, but added $40 case. When I asked to remove it, answer was "can't remove, come tomorrow to return, when manager will be here". I will try to refund it with my cc..
