  I had a very comfortable stay! The staff treated me in such a warm and friendly way, and everything was very clean ;) I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Chandler!

  I rented a room as the A/C was out in my home and being serviced the next day. When I got to the room it was extremely hot as there was no A/C running when I checked in. Not the end of the world, but it was a while before it was comfortable. My biggest annoyance was in the morning. The shower wasn’t coming on no matter what I tried. Frustration is an understatement. When I told the guy at the front desk he just argued with me and was laughing at me while doing it. Explaining that, you just have to do “xyz”. If you have to do something abnormal, or it’s a common problem…then tell them at check in or give clear instructions in the room. Laughing at an annoyed guest for being understandably annoyed is the absolute WRONG thing to do. I’ve stayed at hundreds of hotels. A workable shower is pretty important. Do better… Annoyed Guest

  Clean, affordable, and breakfast if you want it. Rooms were quiet, water was hot, and you got coffeemaker, microwave and frig. No complaints

  I will not be staying here again the room reeked of Cologne, the shower didn't work properly the water barley came out it just pulsated and the bed was extremely hard and uncomfortable. There was no sign for me to put outside the door to tell house keeping I was in the room. A lady knocked on the door I told her I'm in here don't come in and she still did. I told her I didn't need anything but thank you. She then left then just came back in my room 5 minutes later after I already said I didn't need anything thank you. We only had one card and my boyfriend had it since he went to work so I wasn't able to lock the door just in case he came back and I was in the shower or something. The room was very outdated and just to plug your phone in you had to move the whole night stand if you wanted your phone near you.

  This BW is not what you’re looking for if you’re visiting Phx for a sunny vacation . The pool area is bare/sparsley furnished & the water is not heated. We felt safe enough but there is not an elevator & the room access is outdoors. Mediocre free breakfast provided. Check out BW Aiden in Scottsdale if you’re looking for a nice Phoenix getaway! Price is higher but well worth it!
