  I usually have a good experience with this UPS, but this morning was not. I took my returns in and the young gal who helped me was not approachable at all. She didn’t smile, engage or show any emotion towards me. I work in customer service and I get it you don’t always have a good day but you have to put on a smile and do your job and be helpful. If you are miserable at your job find one you like, maybe not in customer service. I was very put off. Enough to write this review. I left with the ick.

  I accidentally attached the wrong label to an amazon return. The employee who answered the phone, no only retrieved it from the bin for me and put it aside, she helped make sure we packaged and labeled all the packages correctly. I am very grateful for how friendly and professional she was on a day I was juggling many different things.

  So happy with my experience at this location! I came in to have a very special/very large painting shipped from my late grandmother to my home in Missouri. The woman who helped us on the evening of 1/26/26 was very helpful, kind, and knowledgable. To whoever packed the painting YOU ARE INCREDIBLE! I told the woman this painting is very special to my family and the packaging showed that. Couldn’t be any happier!! Thank you!!!
