Richard is an excellent UPS store associate at this location in Cave Creek, store #3630. He is super helpful and kind to his customers. Richard does a wonderful of, carefully, wrapping your package. Thank you for your dedication to your job! Terrific employee!

I usually have a good experience with this UPS, but this morning was not. I took my returns in and the young gal who helped me was not approachable at all. She didn’t smile, engage or show any emotion towards me. I work in customer service and I get it you don’t always have a good day but you have to put on a smile and do your job and be helpful. If you are miserable at your job find one you like, maybe not in customer service. I was very put off. Enough to write this review. I left with the ick.

I run in here often before work to return Amazon products. General very short waits. Quick and pleasant workers - as opposed to some locations where staff acts like you’re bothering them. I’ve seen a couple color copiers. Some cards and some Office shipping supplies.

I am a small business owner near here and use this location frequently. Great customer service! Always in/out very quickly. Staff friendly and helpful especially Dale!
