    I always leave feeling over charged and when I ask to have hidden fees explained the only thing I’m told is “because”. This latest visit was being charged for a bag to return a “free return” item to Amazon

    Staff was rude. Argumentative and innappropriate. They charged $2.71 to print a label. I thought it was funny they would charge for the label. They were defensive and rude. I was polite and friendly yet they were rude and disrespectful.
