    Rude staff. Poor service. Portions on meat and cheese incorrect on protein pockets. Out of 4 Subways the only one that refused to add oil and vinegar. Won't be back to this location. Would not recommend. 5/6/26 update Made the mistake of giving it another chance. Poor service was greeted then ignored 5 people working and no one could take the time to help me

    Been going to this Subway on Florence blvd for 3 years. We have a family of 5. Never had 1 problem until today. We got home and we're missing 1 single meatball sandwich. Checked the receipt and we're charged. 1 single large bag. We unwrapped everyone of them and had them all except one. We called back at 330pm and had some girl that hates her job said that we were liars and she made it. The craziest attitude like she hates her job. Said the manager checked the tapes and she put it in the bag. All not true because we never received one. She said her name is Lorena. I havent been treated this badly in a long time. Girl was super rude. We had a $87 dollar order. Sucks to pay for something that you didnt receive and then get called a liar. The manager never did get on the phone to talk to us. Horrible service.
