  Literally 32 mins waiting for 1 footlong. The girl running this place and the guy behind the counter don’t even make sandwiches. They throw bunch of ingredients at the sandwich then throw it down the line. Not only a long wait but horrible customer experience and a sloppy, rushed sandwich. Hire other people that can make your store look decent. Right now it’s trash.

  I ordered through the app and waited over an hour for two footlongs. When I went in 2 other people were waiting for their mobile orders for seemingly a long time. At least 6 people walked out while I was there because it was taking so long. Another mobile order came in after me and also stated she had placed it an hour ago and they still had not started her order. The food ended up fine, one was supposed to be toasted and I can’t tell if it was or if it just sat so long at the counter that it got cold. the service was not great

  The soup was watery and I can tell the girl was tied and wanted to go home just wish I got fresh soup

  Sandwich was good but restaurant looks rundown. Gave 4 🌟 because of Lily's excellent service. Very friendly with a beautiful smile
