  Hugo was really helpful and friendly. My older lady friend had a bunch of pop up viruses on her old phone and he helped us remove them off her old phone. He also helped us switch her number over to a new phone. He was very friendly and conversational.

  Bought a phone and a case with it. The case broke The same day, i went back to get case replaced but they wanted me to pay again for a new one. They also said o had replacement insurance for phone The day it was bought and once i went back they said they couldnt do anything about it if it broke. They lie just to make a sale. Awful Customer care!
