  After reading all of the one star reviews of this ups store location I realize that I’m not alone. I returned an amazon purchase and as others have said that they don’t give receipts for amazon returns. I discovered that they will collect all of the amazon returns for the day and send them out with one tracking number. Because of this procedure it is impossible to track your return. I have a picture of their computer screen that says a label has been created. Amazon said that they did not receive my return so no refund of my $113 purchase. I returned to this location twice and they were of no help so don’t be fooled by the owners response to someone who had the same experience as me that he will look into it. Those are just words from him and nothing will be done. I also called ups once and amazon twice and received no help because this ups store doesn’t give you a tracking number. All I can say is find a different ups store location that is competent.

  I came to this location to drop off packages for Amazon, when I asked for drop off receipt for the packages, she said we don’t give receipts for QR code scans, only for bar code labels. She said you will get an email from Amazon as your receipt. After an hour I didn’t get an email, so I went back and asked her for a receipt as it shows online that it’s UPS policy that they provide you with one, at this time a man from the back came out and said we don’t provide receipt of packages, I said other UPS store due and it’s a policy of UPS. His response was then why do you come here, I asked if he actually said that and he replied yes, I’m the owner. It’s because of his statement I’m giving this review to make people aware of this location great customer service provided to its customer base.

  After going here for quite some time, one day I needed a small piece of tape to close a box. The owner and the young lady working at the counter politely told me they wouldn't give me one. So here's my polite response: I must unfortunately give you one star for that short sighted choice, and now frequent the UPS store in Cave Creek.

  Rude little girls who won’t even give you an Amazon receipt . Also very cheap on tape and barely give you any for a drop off The staff is always super unfriendly, miserable and rude and the owner should probably sell his bad business and get out because he does not care as he is the exact same as his staff

  So I do a lot of business here but when it comes time to I do some copying and then I asked where the FedEx was, they sent me 10 miles down the road when there's Dropbox 250 feet away so I call b*******!
