After what I just experienced at this location, it’s no surprises to see all these negative reviews and low score on Google.
The lady who I could only assume as the owner is extremely rude, runs her mouth like a high school teenager and has outrageous rates.
She wanted to charge me $5.50 per each Amazon return as a “convenience fee” or whatever she called it then additional fees on top of that for printing the return labels.
So $16.50 for “conveniently” walking into her store.
I’m sorry that the franchise UPS store model is not working out for you like you planned, but there’s no need to take it out on customers.
I highly recommend taking a drive to Verde Valley and going to see Cynthia at SHIPiT, shes incredibly nice and allot cheaper.

I hate to leave bad reviews but I see I'm not alone. As many have mentioned the owner is a bitter, abrupt sarcastic person who is on an angry control trip. I actually feel sorry for her, her employees and family as I only had to be around her for a few minutes. But to experience a few minutes of those nasty horrible vibes she carries 😩
I would think after all these negative reviews that she would change and at least pretend to be friendly!? And the fact she's not changing is maybe is a sign that she should seek help. Life is too short to carry that kind of anger around. But for me, life is also too short so I will be going to the kind people at the Post office and making a trip to Cottonwoods UPS as they are friendly and helpful not abrupt and sarcastic like the owner at UPS.
If I may, try to focus on your breath 5 minutes every morning. When you go to thought bring it back to your breath, it works miracles for me! Good luck and may you have peace..

No stars, they lady behind the desk is VERY rude. Please hire someone with customer service skills. She makes passive aggressive comments under her breath. And by reading the other reviews and comments, sounds like reoccurring events with no accountability taken. You most certainly did make me feel like an inconvenience.

Manager is rude and yells at you when you have a question
Just like a lot of other people say the owner is so rude her employees are so rude this is unacceptable business ethics The owner needs to be stripped of her franchise I cannot believe what her employee said to me even got personal with me about my wife/girlfriend completely unacceptable behavior... All because I was confused about her extra fees she really needs to lose her franchise
