  First off, we walk in I ask about the $1 wings being advertised, the manager (I’m guessing), looks at me and says “what”. I tell her online it says 20 for $20 or 30 for $30. She says I guess so, we never know the promos. Then I ordered a drink, she says we have no ice. Getting annoyed, we sit and wait for our order. We chose to eat there because we typically have issues at wingstop, and by the time you get home, it’s too late to correct. My husbands boneless lemon pepper, and new citrus wings were tossed in some weird wet oily sauce. I go back and tell the “manager”, she tries telling me that’s how they make them. I said lady I’ve been eating at wingstop for years and that is absolutely not how they’re made. She never even came to look at them until she brought the new ones. Only then does she acknowledge they were made wrong. We’re pretty sure the new citrus mojo flavored we ordered were made wrong also since it was a similar oily sauce like the lemon pepper. The entire experience was terrible. I tell myself I’m not going to wingstop again everytime but as time passes, I give them another shot. In this case, very disappointed!!!

  (DONT GO HERE) !!!!! Today I decided to try out one of the new flavors they recently added to the menu I usually go to Watson but I decided to go to Verrado and try it out humongous mistake I did not know I order plain nuggets the amount of sauce they gave my boneless wings was outrageously small it was barely coated and the food was warm I cannot tell the difference between plain and the sauce I ordered

  I would give this place zero stars if I could ! 6 of our wings came without the sauce on them and when I took them back an asked if they could remake them the manager said it was a stretch to ask for them to remake them an offered sauce for us to dip them in but it defeats the point of getting flavored wings if I just have to dip them in sauce and its not like making the wings over again is to much to ask when you didnt make them basically at all in the first place

  Don’t know why there is all these negative reviews…got the 24 traditional family pack with 3 flavors, fries and ranch. Everything hot and fries were crispy when my wife got it home. Only complaint is you cant tip.
