  Cesar was wonderful!! Very friendly, warm & inviting. A knowledgeable about all shipping needs. Gave wonderfully recommendations to help me out! I will definitely be making this store my prime shipping location because he was so great! Keep up the good customer service!! Greatly appreciated and loved the friendly demeanor 🙏

  I have never done a return shipment before and Josie who helped me did a wonderful job in making my first return shipment smooth with no issues! She showed top of the line customer service and was very warm and professional. Even when I asked for extra package my shipment she did it quickly and was very helpful! She is the ultimate example of what customer service should be and I will go back to that UPS location just because of her supreme customer service and excellence. She should be promoted to managerial positions because I think she would set the perfect example of how customer service should be and would make a great store manager! Josie was absolutely a joy!

  The diver tried changing my address so I had to wait an extra day and I still haven't got my package I think the driver was trying to steal my mail it it was worth 1400
