  Arrived at 2140 and was turned away because they were about go close. Maybe turning the open light off and locking the door would be helpful to prevent people from being misled.

  Every time I order online they mess up my order! Why do I want a dry sandwich with no condiments….

  I ordered online and it said it would be ready at 4:35 once I arrive the guy acknowledged me and said “you have a pick up order” and I said yes so I assumed he would start making it I went to Starbucks to go get coffee, I came back and the guy said to be honest I haven’t even started on it and continued to start making other peoples orders people that weren’t even there before I had first arrived, it is now 5:02 and I’m still waiting for my sandwich….. a younger lady walked in at 5:00pm maybe she will make my sandwich.

  I had ordered online prior to arriving, and when I do Quentin Shade rudely told me that my order doesn't exist and he couldn't so anything about it. When I asked for a solution he said I would have to figure it out and probably have to cancel my order and reorder. I have worked for Subway in the past and know for a fact he canceled my order because I ordered too close to closing. This ia the third time he has done this to me. I will not be coming back. I hope others never have to be mistreated as I have.

  Where to begin... First off the way they fold the meat is ridiculous, it was fine before. Secondly I don't understand why the Subway website has the Subway Melt but the store says they no longer make them??? Thirdly how do not have a fully working microwave when they have atleast 2 in the restaurant?? When one breaks order another one, not wait till the second one breaks. Horrible experience and by far the worst Subway I have ever been to.
