  I ordered on Uber Eats , they gave me my Italian bmt untoasted and a flat soda, could not get a refund

  Just got a few subs made by Jessica and she was AMAZING! Super friendly and very helpful. I love when you come across good hearted people :)

  Its now 212 am and yet another location is closed down at a 24/7 location. Unable to get a sandwich. I spent more time and miney driving to the 2 locations then what the sandwich cost. This is not acceptable. Great business, not!

  My bf ordered a sandwich thru Uber Eats 4/14/26 2:49am little boy is on break and said to the driver that he will not make the order until he’s off break are we serious ? And the number connected for the subway does not work what kind of customer service is this ? I will be reporting him to HR and reporting The Pilot gas station .

  Tori made my sandwich and I have never really trusted many subways due to the look of the veggies , but this is the first time I’ve eaten at this subway WITH A PILOTS MIND YOU and I was impressed with how fresh everything looked . Tori was efficient with her work and was mindful when overhearing another customer’s added on seasonings and provided them to her coworker while also finishing up an online order . Impressed and love my sandwich mwuah
