  placed an order on doordash at 3:05am. several dashers quit the dash, so we had the option to pick up our sandwiches for a refund. we get there, the female employee has a sign saying LUNCH back at 4:15 no doordash and was heading out the back. our order was placed over an hour prior, and the order was never declined or cancelled by the store.

  Great, fast, and probably the cleanest Subway on this side of town. Veggies smelled and tasted fresh.

  I am very disappointed with my experience at the Subway inside Pilot Flying J. After waiting in line, I was told by Jessica that my sandwich could not be made because there was no oven paper available. However, shortly afterward, I observed other customers having sandwiches prepared and toasted. When I politely asked if service had resumed, Jessica responded, “Not for you.” I found this comment rude, unprofessional, and disrespectful. Customers should be treated fairly and with courtesy. I hope management reviews this situation and takes appropriate action to ensure better customer service in the future.
