  Service is great. They have a large array of shipping supplies. You can easily scan your packages as soon as you walk in and drop in the box. Parking lot is horrendous! FedEx trucks park in the handicap parking spaces all the time. It is tiny and cramped to get into the slots. I suggest moving into a larger place with larger parking.

  I'd been standing in line for 15 minutes and the Asian guy behind the counter finished with two people ahead of me then took someone coming in the door before addressing me. Smh! I'm no longer letting things like this slide

  I came in and as typical the staff asked if there was anything that they could help with I let them know that I just needed to print a few documents and their demeanor immediately shifted and directed me over to the self-service printer. The printer itself is very unresponsive on its touch screen and only allows for printing one document at a time I asked the manager who was standing behind the counter at the time if this was accurate and was told yes, going through the prompts on the self-service printer I had to authorize my card multiple times in order to print multiple documents, and it defaults to the most expensive options, color ink, thicker paper, etc. When asking the staff if I could just have them print it out and only have one charge they were very short and rude with me. This used to be such a good store, the employees were nice and helpful, what happened?
