I don’t normally ship things, so I needed some assistance. The employee was rude, dismissive, and clearly had no interest in helping. She spoke to me like I was stupid for asking questions and made the entire experience unnecessarily frustrating. If you’re looking for helpful customer service, don’t expect it here.

Fast (usually) service, friendly staff. Good location. They do also have extra services like instant passport photos.

Poor customer service. This locations denied me a service and gave me the wrong information. I went to a different location and didn't have any issues getting what I need d done. Do not waste your time. There is an older guy with long hair who probably hates his job and had no customer service skills
