Ive always had a positive visit while there. The team is very helpful.
Poor customer service. This locations denied me a service and gave me the wrong information. I went to a different location and didn't have any issues getting what I need d done. Do not waste your time. There is an older guy with long hair who probably hates his job and had no customer service skills

Bryan was the rep that was helping me and my daughter. His customer service was poor. He was not friendly. He was not helpful. He did not answer our questions, he just repeated his statements. He seemed too bothered to offer assistance. I would recommend only using this location as a last resort. I would rather travel a further distance to receive better service.

This FedEx facility prioritizes profit over customer service. While I understand the importance of businesses maintaining profitability and safeguarding against fraudulent claims, this location seems to exploit these concerns for financial gain. For example, if a package emits noise, they request to inspect it. If they open the package and find space inside, they inform the customer that the packaging is insufficient and suggest additional packing services, which come at a cost. Additionally, if customers happens to have packing materials available, they are still required to reseal after being opened for inspection, I don't carry tape in my car. These practices give the impression that staff may be incentivized to encourage extra charges. I am frustrated with the ongoing petty charges imposed by these companies.
