  Hi! I would like to express my most sincere appreciation for the excellent service I received at the Cricket store located on Indian School, Avondale, Arizona. In particular, I want to recognize Stacy, who has always provided me with exceptional service. She is a very responsible, kind, and professional person. Every time I visit the store, she greets me with a smile, with great respect, and with a very warm and human approach that truly makes a difference. It is clear that she cares about customers and is very committed to her work. Her way of serving reflects an excellent level of customer service, something that is not always easy to find. I hope her great performance is recognized, because people like Stacy elevate the quality of any company. I even believe she has the ability and leadership to grow within the company, possibly reaching regional management positions, because she truly knows how to treat customers and represent the company in the best way.   Horrible customer service, there was a new girl and while the other employee was "teaching her" to help us out, they were only laughing and joking, didnt help us to get the correct plan and when we came back to actually get it after doing my own research on which specific plan I wanted to show it to them, I discovered I couldnt have the plan I really wanted because I was not a new cricket user, they should've help us out in the first time we went to know exactly what each plan offers and which one fits the best.
