  Horrible customer service, there was a new girl and while the other employee was "teaching her" to help us out, they were only laughing and joking, didnt help us to get the correct plan and when we came back to actually get it after doing my own research on which specific plan I wanted to show it to them, I discovered I couldnt have the plan I really wanted because I was not a new cricket user, they should've help us out in the first time we went to know exactly what each plan offers and which one fits the best.

  Love this cricket. Stacy is amazing! Service was quick and fast! Helped me with what I needed! Very friendly staff as well! Recommend this cricket! It's nice and clean also.
