  If I could give a higher rating I would !! I decided to come back to this store after not such great service prior but they restaffed and are under new management giving the best service I’ve ever had at ANY phone store 🤩 the people are super friendly & answer all of your questions. 10/10 ⭐️

  Everyone in there was helpful ( a guy & two girls where there ) I needed a iPhone 16 and they went above and beyond for me especially Juliette ! I really recommend coming to this store bc most the time the support be trash but not there they really did there job I don’t even write review but I had to let it be known I loved my experience

  The worst customer service ever. They clearly stated that the phone case was included when buying the phone however they still charged me and they wouldn’t give me my money back. One of the girls was extremely rude. Do not come to this location they will just steal your money and the girls there are very unprofessional. I have also seen that many other people are leaving one star reviews due to the same exact women however cricket has done absolutely nothing since she still works there. Since they support this kind of behavior we shouldn’t support this business either.
