  Worst cricket out there. The young lady who works there is very rude and obviously doesn’t like her job. Tried to go in to upgrade our phones because our account on the cricket app says we are eligible and she wanted to argue and say we aren’t. Well guess what we ordered them online and we absolutely were able to upgrade and shouldn’t have been turned away. So screw this place !! This isn’t the first time either ! Worst customer service !
