Extremely frustrating experience. I placed an online order for pickup at 6:00 PM. During checkout, I changed the card I was using to pay and the app automatically reset my pickup time to ASAP. There was no warning, confirmation, or indication that changing my payment method would also change my pickup time.
The second I noticed, I started calling the restaurant. I called over 10 times and not a single call was answered.
As a result, my order was made approximately 2.5 hours before I intended to pick it up. I still can't get there until my original pickup time, which means I'm now paying full price for sandwiches that will have been sitting for hours and will likely be soggy and inedible by the time I arrive.
The app issue is frustrating enough, but the complete inability to reach anyone at the restaurant is what pushed this from an inconvenience to a terrible customer experience. If someone had simply answered the phone, this could have been fixed in less than a minute.
Very disappointing.

This is a great Subway, because the staff are awesome!! Everyone needs to try out this restaurant for the service, food and staff.
Open sign wasn’t on at 10:40am, zero prep was done, terrible attitude, out of specific breads but told me there was some in the freezer (why was there none made?). Offered refund but I was hungry so I got a sub anyways, store was also dirty. If this is who you’re choosing to represent your store long term. You need to choose again. I believe his name was Kadrian. Also when asked if he liked working this job he said “eh it’s okay”.
