This is genuinely the most difficult time I have ever had ordering a pickup. The store continued to pick up the phone and then hang up when I was trying to call for help. Will never be returning.

Was told by the GM that mine and my wife's orders would be rejected after having to have them remake our sandwich twice. Both times it was made wrong. We ordered double turkey and double bacon with shredded cheddar and double toasted bread. When we got the sandwiche today and yesterday, the meat was single portion, no cheddar, and the sandwich and meat were cold. Definitely not double toasted. I asked them to remake it and they fought me over it even after me showing the sandwich and receipt and tried forcing me to throw the other away. GM here is a joke. After being called out and having her team member agree with is she told us our orders would be rejected from now on. I honestly dont care I done with being treated like a nuisance after paying $18 for a sandwich and asking them to remake it. We paid for it make it right. As a former general manager of a Dominos we had the motto, food is cheap customers are expensive. We remade food at the slightest Complaint no matter how annoying. Have it your way is a sham of a slogan if managers and crew like this are permitted to retain such attitudes towards customers.

Bad experience. I arrived a few nights ago, it was still open and said "open," but when the lady who was serving looked inside, she got angry and didn't respond to my greeting. She was speaking very softly. I didn't have time to tell her what kind of bread she wanted; she chose it herself. He stuck things very hard against the furniture; he didn't put paper under the loaves of bread.I asked for ranch and she didn't put it on the bread, she just closed it and in the end she made it her own way The worst part is that she's Hispanic and shows no empathy for others. Compared to other Subway restaurants where the staff are American and very friendly But because of this woman, I won't be buying there again, and I don't recommend it either.
Una mala experiencia. Llegué hace unas noches, todavía estaba abierto y decía "abierto", pero cuando la señora que atendía me miró dentro, se enfadó y no respondió a mi saludo. Hablaba muy bajo. No me dio tiempo a decirle qué tipo de pan quería; lo eligió ella misma. Golpeaba las cosas con mucha fuerza contra los muebles; no puso papel debajo de los panes. Pedí salsa ranch y no la puso en el pan, simplemente lo cerró y al final lo preparó a su manera. Lo peor es que es hispana y no muestra ninguna empatía por los demás. En comparación con otros restaurantes Subway donde el personal es estadounidense y muy amable. Pero por culpa de esta mujer, no volveré a comprar allí, y tampoco lo recomiendo.
