  Second time coming to this location and it not being a good experience. It was worse this time. Fries have been unseasoned TWICE in a row so I just got plain fries. They were also out of ranch so I had no dipping sauce for the fries or wings. I am currently pregnant and could not even finish my wings because a few were still pink on the inside which seems to be a reoccurring issue that hasn’t been fixed. Very dangerous for me and others.

  This place makes me question why I would order chicken anywhere else near Searcy. Best taste and amazing prices if you use the app! The team is always amazing whenever I come in! Can't say enough good things! Super recommended!

  Order the 20 piece boneless wings and a large fry at 10:18 pm received it around 11:15 pm . Had several customer order with walk-in orders after me. They received their food and left before my meal came out.They couldn't find my order so I had to show them my receipt and still set waiting for 15 minutes or so. Only good thing was the food was fresh and hot but not enough spicy Korean BBQ sauce and the fries were so salty I just threw them out. Wasn't offered a apology or even "we are sorry" just handed me my bag and turned away from me . Just bad business. Thumbs down for service. Not a zero star option for customer service or that would be my rating

  Walked in-store at midnight. Hours say open until 1am. Staff refused to take my order and explained they are only taking online orders. Music was so loud we could barely have a conversation that she refused to take an order.
