  We ship a lot of boxes through ups regularly but this has been the worst experience by far. From the moment we walked in, the service lady' "Pammy" was very rude and had an attitude for no apparent reason. The hostility was not only shown toward us but other customers as well. If she hates her job in customer service she should reconsider her profession. UPDATE* The response from the "owner" (who sounds a lot like Pammy) should also refrain from using a person's full name on the internet when said person doesn't even have it listed themselves. You need to take accountability for having horrible employees/customer service.

  I think they mean well, but the staff was a little abrasive. Short in their answers. Not very helpful. Like they wanted the day to be over and customers were an inconvenience.

  I was actually in line in front of Mr James Waller when he just interrupted the young lady helping me. I kindly just stepped back til he got nasty with her regarding his phone service when “she asked him to get closer to a window”. Then made the comment “he didn’t care about the other customers they could wait” I believe 3-4 people were behind him. She advised she was the only one in the store. After his comment that “he didn’t care “ I then advised him, she was actually helping me when he just took it upon himself to be next in line. I’ve always had great help there an even when the store is busy. A+ service.

  I love this store ! They are always so very helpful and have showed me how to email them what I’m needing printed, They are very knowledgeable, kind and friendly, I see them every week to get the church bulletin’s !
