  I love coming to this UPS the staff is very helpful never rude cami does a great job and Megan is very helpful and kat helps out alot I would recommend coming to this ups for all your needs they are very helpful and they did help me a lot in my 10 months I was there.

  Always easy to return Amazon misfits! I make it a point to get to know UPS delivery man's name to make it personal.

  We ship a lot of boxes through ups regularly but this has been the worst experience by far. From the moment we walked in, the service lady' "Pammy" was very rude and had an attitude for no apparent reason. The hostility was not only shown toward us but other customers as well. If she hates her job in customer service she should reconsider her profession. UPDATE* The response from the "owner" (who sounds a lot like Pammy) should also refrain from using a person's full name on the internet when said person doesn't even have it listed themselves. You need to take accountability for having horrible employees/customer service.
