  I’m very disappointed in this store. I placed a purchase on the app and paid for it and then I get there my sandwich is not maid and they said my order had not gone through and then walked away no one helped me at all

  Tomatoes were not fresh but everything else was good. Boy behind counter didn't want to be there, he was getting off in 15min and that's his only concern.

  Horrible Horrible Horrible service at this Subway. When I walked in there was one other customer waiting and three young people behind the counter who never looked up and acknowledged me. After five minutes I finally asked all three employees if I was invisible. They were clueless. I told them it would be a good idea to at least acknowledge that a customer was there waiting right in front of them. Or tell the customer they would be right with her. After all, there were only two customers in the store, not a crowd. The lady waiting for her order said they did the same thing when she walked in, that she had to ask for help as all three employees stood there with their arms folded. I don’t get it. Employers, please train your people on how to greet and deal with the public, especially in a restaurant setting. This was my first—-and last—visit to this Subway.

  Their service is extremely slow. They take abt half an hour for a single sub.

  I absolutely Love Subway. They need to bring the Cheddar Cheese back. Bring back Cheddar Cheese. Bring back Cheddar Cheese. Bring back Spicy Mustard. Bring back Spicy Mustard. Bring back Spicy Mustard.
