It's super hot in this store. The workers are having to fan themselves off. They're having to work in the heat and then in front of the ovens. They have to be miserable.

The chick was kinda rude but the sound dude behind the counter was awesome got me what I needed with a smile on his face getting it done very quickly and efficiently while making good conversation the whole time then when my coupon didn't work he hooked me up he made this place 100% worth it wouldn't recommend the meatball sub from here though

I usually go to the Subway on Beebee Caps because they never mess up my order but I accidentally ordered from here. I swear they don't train their employees 😭 its just teenagers halfassing everything. my sandwich was so bad. the veggies were in giant chunks and they were stingy with mayo of all things and not to mention they put some condiments on one side. like for example one half of my sandwich was just covered in salt. it was horrible. i couldnt even go back to get a refund or watch it be remade because i was already home. trust me when i say just go to the other one. this one has always been trash with horribly trained teenage employees
Good food. Friendly service

I’d recommend just going in to order your food since the workers can’t READ to save their lives. And this isn’t the first time at this restaurant. It’s been multiple times.
I’d understand if this was during a HUGE rush but when there’s nobody in the store when my wife picked up the order, I’m assuming it’s just straight laziness. And the fact that the owners never have more than 1 person there at a time (ALWAYS understaffed).
First off. Me and my wife ordered some sandwiches on the app. Both toasted, both double meat. Neither of the sandwiches came with either of those.
Second my wife got extra cheese on hers, I had ranch put on mine, and we ordered our son a kids sandwich with a juice box and applesauce (arguably his favorite thing there), the “sandwich artist” didn’t put ANY of those options on the sandwich and no applesauce for my son. But I was sure charged for them.
So after $30 spent and received hardly what I paid for (multiple times) I finally decided to write a review.
