Ricky was wonderful, I’ve never had such a quick and easy experience with a phone carrier as I did with cricket!

We ran into some technical problems while trying to upgrade to a new phone and transfer the data. The store manager Sonya was extremely professional and courteous and dropped everything to attend to our problem. I was extremely impressed by the level of customer service I received from this stores manager. Thank you Sonya!
