  Just wanted to say thank you for being so kind and helpful. There were 2 younger people working yesterday but I forgot to catch their names. They were both friendly but the person with short reddish hair was who helped me and walked me through my return. I appreciate the time and kindness as I am not the best with technology and made this so much easier on me. I really appreciate your patience and friendliness.

  I went to UPS on West parkway with a little bit of a high maintenance request. I had bought a robot vacuum that was alot more of an undertaking to install than I had thought as it required a water line/drainline to install- the process of installing the device is outside of my wheelhouse so i opted to return it. Problem being that I'd already unboxed it. Reboxing all of the parts was a job and I wasn't figuring it out. I went into the store and asked for help with getting all the pieces back in the box and the guy that helped me was happy to take on the challenge. We filled the box multiple times to get things in the right order so that the box would close properly. Thank you to the guy that helped me! I wish I'd asked for your name and permission to mention you in this review.
