Handicapped....could not get service in drive thru. There were no other customers at the store, 0. Had to get someone else to go inside for my order. My philly steak&cheese was dry with stale bread. No napkins and was asked if she had to have a bag to put it in. I will be taking my business elsewhere
this is the only subway I want to go to because they actually make my sandwich correctly. The two guys who work there are very courteous and helpful. thank you

The subway on West Main is always kept so clean and staff are very personable, professional and helpful, especially the manager Ivy who is so dedicated to customers. Today Stephen made me the most delicious meatball sub. For years I didn't try it but since it was offered on meal of the day, I thought why not? It was delicious. Also the smell of fresh baked cookies meant I had to get two chocolate chip. The only improvement I can suggest is to get DIET Dr. Pepper added to the fountain drink line up.

This Subway has 0 accommodation for Handicap after dark. The drive through is closed...without a sign saying so.
Two disabled (one paralyzed in both feet & One Blind).
The blind person walked inside while the paralyzed remained at the window, The blind person slipped and slide but managed to keep his balance. He was told that the window is closed, so he left...

I use to come here all the time, to the point the employees could make my sandwich with out even asking any questions. The service was great and friendly. Over the last 6 to 8 months the service has nose dived. No one is friendly there anymore. Today they shorted a meatball on my sub and I mentioned it. They 3 person crew immediately started snearing as if I was out of line to request to have what I was agreeing to pay for.
When i attempted to pay using a coupon from the subway app it didn't go through. I tried it a couple more times and then the cashier said he manually entered it as if it was some horrible atrocity. He put my sandwich forcible in the bag and shoved it at me. I grabbed it, thanked him, and asked for my small drink that was included in my purchase. He again stared at me like I had committed a crime. Grabbed the receipt looked over it for a good 20 seconds and put it down on the counter uttering "what ever".
That is not customer service. You should not have to deal with attitude to buy a product. I think it reflects extremely poorly on the management as well seeing that this has been the typical grace they treat their customers for the last 6 to 8 months.
Is this what they want their customers to expect and if not why is this staying precedent?
