  Pretty disappointed. Store customer service don't answer the phone. My phone rejects my wifi. We told them specifically about how we'd be using the phone to be accommodated accordingly & this nonsense spending money on extra data for months bcuz my phone rejects my wifi? I feel played.

  Took my friend who is visiting from outside the country phone and provider shopping. Cricket made it extremely easy and quick to get him taken care off. Staff was extremely knowledgeable and friendly
