  The guy working at the counter told me about bulb grease. No one has ever told me about it. I been buying bulbs here forever and he was the first to literally help me.

  On Friday 11/28/25, I stopped by Advanced auto, because my friend was stranded in the middle of the woods about an hour away with his car broke down. He called me and he needed a wheel bearing for a 2015 jeep patriot and I though it was a 2wd and that was the information I gave to Ms. Amber Clemons. Little did I know that when I got to my friends location the vehicle was 4wd. The reception was bad, but I was able to talk to Ms. Amber Clemons again. I explained to her what happened and it was my mistake in giving her the wrong information. But she went to the extreme and made it happen by sending a driver to our location in the woods to swap out the part. I wanna say thank you to Ms. Amber for solving our part problem and getting it done right away. I highly recommend Advance Auto Parts and the staff that are working very hard to keep up with all customers. Thank you Ms. Amber Clemons keep up the good work. -Jem Automotive Repair
