  I brought an item in to be shipped out. I needed to buy a box ($~4) and decided to have the store print my label ($2). Roughly a $7 transaction, right? Apparently that costs $17. The staff was polite, but took my items immediately, boxed them, packaged them, taped it up, and put the label on. They did not tell me this would incur packaging & handling fees of $10. It would have been a nice heads up, as I didn’t intend to pay for someone to tape my box. I could have done that myself for $0, as I am quite capable of putting together and taping a box. The whole transaction felt dishonest and if they would have disclosed the secret service fees, I would have purchased a box at walmart and print my own label before coming to drop off my package. smh

  The employees are really friendly; my rating is directed at whoever manages this store—they don't schedule enough attendants.
