    This review isn’t gonna be about the quality or taste. Please do not come to this subway if you’re empathetic towards people in any way. Why do I say this? Because the older woman working there is so incredibly rude it actually blows my mind. I understand working fast food, it gets busy, but I just don’t think there’s an excuse for treating your coworkers/employees that way. I also don’t think it warrants snapping at customers for misunderstanding or not knowing how to order the exact way you want them to. To the younger girl with dark brown pigtails working on the 21st, you deserve better. Whether she was new or not, mistakes happen, being yelled at by your coworker or employer IN FRONT OF CUSTOMERS isn’t right. I really don’t want to come back to this subway, the way she (older woman) yells at every one including customers when the store is busy or empty is crazy. Mind you, it’s not just may 21st that this happens, the past few times I’ve been I’ve seen this behavior. Do better, be kinder, customer service matters.

    I walked into Subway and no customers were there. But they had me sit there for 6 minutes while they made online orders while I just stood there thinking, are you kidding me? I walked out.

    El empleado que nos atendio ( por cierto somos latinos y el un norte americano) 1ero: le dieron propina y la agarro con el mismo guante que toco nuestra comida! 2ndo: la lechuga se estaba acabando y le pregunte por nueva porque esa se miraba ya muy fea y aun asi le puso de esa fea a nuestro subway 3ro: le dije que mejor removiera de subway esa lechuga fea y la quito con actitud (fea actitud) Lastima que no tiene su nombre en la camisa no porque hablo hasta costumer service!!! Muy mal servicio!!!!!!

    Today at 2:30pm we decided to get subway. We got 1 foot long b.m.t 2 bags of chips and 2 drinks. The older gentleman making the sandwich took meat off that sandwich that he put on and said he would have charge us extra for it literally used one onion and broke it up for the whole sandwich. And tried to charge us 32 dollars. This is outrageous and it really pissed me off. I will go back just to record him next time.
