I don't like that the only FedEx in Rogers is located in a Supercenter Walmart that always has traffic but the service is always great and the employees are always welcoming and friendly.

I can't say enough about the customer service at this Fedex. Roberto made miracles happen for my rush print/ship job. High quality staff = high quality customer service.

We had a terrible experience with a different Fed Ex location and store manager. We had expensive missing items and mixed up packages and no help. This store and it's manager Roberto went out of his way to help me know who to contact and what to do. I received help and claims filed for our missing items. Thank you for excellent customer service and going above and beyond.
