  Placed 2 orders and one order had 2 steak egg and cheese wraps that I ask for the meat to be heated and the wrap to be toasted. When I got there I noticed they were ice cold so I said " these are supposed to be heated and toasted and they are cold" So they take and unwrap the wraps and throw them in the toaster and when they went to rewrap them I noticed there is no egg on them so I bring this to their attention so they un wrap them again and add egg and retoast them this being third time these wraps have been heated and instead of remaking the wraps like they were supposed to be made they rewrap them for the third time and send them with me. I get home and tried eating them and the wraps are so tough you can't even bite through them you literally had to scrape the meat and eggs out with a fork to eat them. So I called the store and spoke with Jordan and she says that if I would have asked they would have remade them. Well I just assumed commen sense would have said hey I need to remake these instead of sending out this garbage that I spent 25 dollars on So she proceeds to tell me she is going to hang up on me because I am annoying her. Correct me if I'm wrong but shouldn't I be the one who is annoyed here? Then she proceeds to tell me that it was the other lady's fault that it was messed up.. No it's both of y'all's fault for sending me out with 25 dollars worth of garbage that you can not eat. I DO NOT RECOMMEND EATING AT THIS ESTABLISHMENT AT ALL. I SPENT IN TOTAL 85 DOLLARS TO NOT GET ANY OF MY ORDERS HOW I ORDERED IT!!!!!!!!!! I did ask if they were not trained to remake an order that they have messed up and I was told no they are only to fix the order that is messed up instead of remaking it.🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔

  The place is clean, the food is good, and the workers are doing there best. The biggest problem is there are never enough employees working, particularly around dinner time. Having to wait 30 minutes for a sandwich is annoying.

  The food here is just genuinely better than any other subway location in my opinion, Jaden does a great job with keeping the store clean and smooth running. Service is fast and efficient, the sandwiches definitely LOOK high star rating! TEN OUTTA TEN I do recommend.

  I visited during a very busy Sunday lunch hour, and Makayla and Lydia absolutely stood out. Despite being swamped, she remained patient, attentive, and detail-oriented. She made sure every order was correct and that customers felt acknowledged. Her work ethic and positive attitude under pressure were impressive. Perryville Subway is lucky to have her!
