  I have been to this location many times and while the staff is typically friendly they regularly mess up orders. This is not their fault however. Management regularly leaves one single person working the front. My most recent visit was an online order and I ordered it 30 minutes prior to my arrival. When I got there they informed me it had not even been started despite the app saying it was ready 15 minutes prior to my arrival. I ended up requesting that it be canceled due to not having an extra to 30 minutes to wait in the line that was already there. Again this is subway and its management not properly staffing their stores but I won’t be back anytime soon. I will also be surprised if I actually get a refund because she was not sure how to cancel it.

  Cole & Cory are literally the best thing to happen to Subway in Pea Ride, AR. The atmosphere is peaceful & positive. You get greeted & acknowledged while waiting. There is positive, family friendly music playing over the speaker. These 2 guys are incredible and really care about our community!
