  My friend was ordering food and I was waiting for her and one of your employees decided to sweep at my feet. She asked me to move tables and I did so that she could sweep under the table I was sitting at. Once I moved she decided to come to the new table that I was at and sweep again at my feet. Even though she had already swept there. I understand that y’all were about to close but we were waiting for our food this kind of behavior is ridiculous.

  No stars on service, this was by far the worst experience I’ve had at any subway food chain. Not only did I repeat myself with both employees, the sandwich was made wrong. Then I was prompted “well what do you want me to do with it now-“ with an eye roll.. My NEW sandwich was sloshed with the things I asked for the 3rd time. Mind you I asked for the same thing 3 times at this point. Apparently white bread and cheese and herb wheat is the same thing..

  The other day I had the sub of the day for lunch and it was extremely good! Some of the very best bread I have ever had at a Subway. Really nice restaurant with lots of seating

  The workers, Leah and John, were very friendly and made no sign of annoyance at the heavy customization with my meal - although Leah is the one who made my sub. A neat thing about this Subway location - located in McCain Walmart in North Little Rock - is they offer a meal deal for $6.99, that includes the 6-inch sub of the day, a bag of chips or 2 cookies, and a drink. As implied, the sub of the day is different depending on which day of the week you go. Wednesdays are Sweet Onion Teriyaki. I don't understand the low review for this location on Google Reviews. A thing you can always apply to critiques and reviews regardless of the medium they're published, is they must be taken with a grain of salt - if not with the whole shaker. People don't normally write reviews or leave ratings, and therefore a negative bias is shown in reviews, as only people who had a bad experience go and leave reviews, even when the overwhelming majority of experiences are positive. The place was extremely clean. It may not be 5-star restaurant level food and taste and service, but it deserves nothing less than a perfect rating as a Subway. They offer two online order gateway, from their own site, to Walmart's site. They also offer a way to warn ahead of time for those who have food allergies (information on in ingredient window with a QR code for access). Blessings upon this location and all those who visit.   Ordering the bread as not toasted means everything is served cold by the employees. I wanted hot chicken and bacon. Not it served cold. Someone should retrain these employees .
