  Clean and affordable. Solid choice. I recommend this spot if you’re not willing to spend a ton and need a clean place to sleep. Zero smell and zero pests or bedbugs.

  Hotel is not really bad but breakfast is awful. Was trying to get some coffee but it was just a water same with juice all flavors just water

  I stayed at this hotel from May 30 to June 2, 2026, and unfortunately my experience was very disappointing. The first room I was given was in very poor condition. It had a strong unpleasant smell, visible mold, damaged walls and doors, stained bed linens, and a rusty refrigerator. For two days, I repeatedly asked the front desk to move me to another room, but every request was refused. Only after the staff changed on the third day was I finally given a different room. It was cleaner and in slightly better condition, but it still smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, even though I was told that all rooms were non-smoking. The condition of the rooms was disappointing, but what frustrated me most was having to spend two days asking for a room change before anyone was willing to help.

  I had a follow up appointment with my doc from CHI St Vincent and a long drive to get into town. Much easier to leave the night before and get a room than to try to navigate the day of and run into potential traffic issues. It's a 2.5 Star hotel and sometimes a 2.5 can come in a little higher. Not the case here. Really convenient location and the room was easy to find. A very friendly counter agent who did not speak English as their first language but was, at least, understandable. I was looking forward to getting into the pool after a long day but it was closed for testing, or some such thing. Someone had been smoking weed in the hallway and that stank just never seems to go away. What is wrong with people?? Our room was spacious, with a king sized bed. Microwave and small fridge were nice. Coffee maker with coffee was available in the bathroom. There was carpeting on the floor and it felt amazing dirty against bare feet. The tub enclosure had stains on it and an extremely bad caulking job that looked like a 5th grader had done the work. The breakfast area was clean and bright with lots of food selections. Pancakes, cereal, toast, yogurt bar, eggs. Plenty to pick from to help fill my belly. There was also a laundry and a small workout room. For me, from now on, it's a three star hotel, minimum, for certain.
