  Did the app and ordered 15 minutes before lunch. Said it was ready at 1210pm when I showed up. Waited patiently until I realized they were going to do everybody in line before my order. So had to get in line to get my order made and wasted my entire lunch time.

  I placed a order through their app and it wasn’t done in the 20 minute window. I waited for 30 minutes more after getting there tonight..... for two foot longs. Had I not paid online I wouldn’t have bothered waiting around.

  We ordered to go and it's completely wrong. The no bready bowl is just slices of meat covered in sauce with a tiny bit of vegetables under it. It was $14 and didn't even make half a bowl. The sandwich didn't have 5 pieces of lettuce on it and you couldn't even see the meat or anything under the bread like you normally can. I ordered a wrap and they gave me a flatbread. Terrible.
