  Customer service was not helpful. Attempted to get someone to talk to at the 7810 Industry Rd . 117 North Little Rock to get package put on hold for pickup instead of using USPS and them not telling me who the third party partner was. No luck. Told to wait for phone call given they have less than 30 minutes to close, and call someone else at another office in the MST zone instead of CST zone, which is after the office closes. I would not use DHL again or recommend them to others.

  It's sad that some customers have such negative experiences but mine was superb. I shipped a document overseas yesterday and the gentleman at this office bent over backwards ensuring that he gave the destination DHL office all of the address information I had. Even the man answering their 800 number was helpful. Yes, it's spendy, but I expect this shipment to safely arrive and to do so on the advertised date.

  Worst shipping experience I've ever had and terrible customer service. I still haven't been able to contact an actual human and I have no idea where my important delivery is.

  La verdad no lo recomiendo, hace poco me isiseron un envio y llego en malas condiciones y no quisieron rembolsar nada del dinero q yo pague, si pudiera le daria 0 estrellas
