- JIJon IronsSep 14, 20265.0Kayla was super helpful. I was vacationing in Mt View, Arkansas and needed help with initiating a wire transfer with my credit union which is out of state. I stopped at the UPS store and Kayla was super helpful. I sat at a little table in the store. Kayla helped me get on wifi so I could send and retrieve documents. She scanned documents in for me and emailed them to me so I could have a digital copy to forward to my credit union. She also faxed the documents to my credit union just to be sure everything worked out. Everything worked out perfectly only because of Kayla helping me. Thank you Kayla!

She even came outside for the Internet to work better and helped me email her the documents to print and have notorized. She never lost patience with me or got frustrated. I would give UPS my business based on my experience with Ashley and her kindness and knowledge alone.
