  Sat in line for 20 minutes to order a simple Black Forest ham footlong, it sat on the counter for another 6-8 minutes while 3 other orders after mine were filled. They then tried to serve me the same food after it was cold and the workers saw flies on it and didn’t even try to prevent it. Lost my appetite and was so disgusted with the poor service and food atmosphere

  Employee was unable/unwilling to add mayonase to BMT sandwich after adding veggies. Gave me packets instead. If I wanted to make my own sandwich I would have stayed home and saved both time and money. Crappy service makes everything else crappy. Ive been to many subway sandwich locations from Florida to California and anywhere in between and this is the 1st place and 1st time this has happened and it caught be way off guard.
