  Last week I went into the store to get a new phone. The blonde lady helped me pick out the phone and rang me up and I paid. After that she said she couldn’t help me set up my new phone, and that someone else would help me because she was ready to go home. Everyone was nice enough, but it made me feel weird that she was pushy on selling me the phone but then didn’t want to help me at all afterwards.

  I went to cricket in Harrison , Ar, to upgrade my phone .... With no help from this store .... I went to the store in Mt. Home and WOW , I was amazed by the help I received from Jake and Tiffany .... They went far and beyond to help me ..... They were so helpful , and polite , and done everything to help me .... And even gave me a card to call with any help that I needed .... They both deserve 5 star and a RAISE !!!! Thank you both for the help .... I will be bringing all my business to You all ..... Instead of the Harrison store .... You guys are the best !!!!!

  What is going on with the cricket network I keep getting emergency calls only or no service when I thought getting a new phone would help it didn't and they won't give a answer to what is going on

  Music blasting outside so loud I thought I was at a hip hop live show. I guess when you have no customers you have to entertain yourself.
