  I just needed a sim card. Thomas was helpful to that result. Problem became an insurance charge on my phone. I had to go back to the store to get the issue resolved. Thomas quickly found the charge and removed it.

  My mom and I went in for a transfer of services, and it went seamlessly! Andrea (Faye) helped us and she was knowledgeable, helpful, and kind!! I had no issues transferring my Verizon service to Cricket. I havent noticed any changes in my service, and I'm paying half the price that I was!! Highly highly recommend, and Andrea was great! Thanks so much. Just make sure if you want to transfer services with the same phone you have your transfer pin ready!
