    Came in to get my pick up order. The lady working was extremely rude.. she has a really bad attitude… she needs to work on her customer experience.. also made me wait till she got everyone else’s order ready before she would start on mine and told me that I needed to just wait…

    Subway if you're going to leave people in charge of your business please teach them to interact with customers..I went to this location in Mayflower today Monday the 1th to get myself and my son some dinner...I approach the counter a disinterested employee asks what I'd like..ok whatever I'd probably be disinterested also..she takes my order begins making my sandwich and does a medium subway job...fine...but then I say I'd also like to get the Monday meal deal please her additude goes from disinterested to annoyed and she says in the future it would be nice if you told me that while I was down here, going to the other end of the line, at this point I match her energy and say it'd be nice to be asked if I needed any other sandwiches....so yes I was annoyed at this point and am matching her energy she says loudly but not uite yelling normally people tell me down here they want more sandwiches and of course I say normally the employee asks me if I need any other sandwiches..she's ultimately makes the other sandwich of course she's mad so i hurry through and pay then she forgets my cup for the meal deal and when I ask for it mouths soabout me being mad and it's too bad or something anyway unprofessional and i talked trash while leaving.....I admit I matched her energy after she escalated her attitude and got mad because I ASKED TO ORDER FOOD AT YOUR RESTAURANT....I emplore you to watch the interaction on your surveillance cameras and tell me what I did wrong before matching her rude behavior...luckily it was not busy as it was approximately 4.45pm monday may 11th and no seniors or children were subject to this nonsense..TRAIN YOUR STAFF

    WORST SUB IVE EVER HAD. HORRIBLE RUDE LADY, SHE TRIED TO TELL ME MORE ONIONS COSTED EXTRA. THE WHOLE POINT OF SUBWAY IT TO HAVE IT YOUR WAY!!! SHE PUT ALL THE SAUCE IN ONE PLACE , SHE DIDNT KNOW HOW TO EVEN DO HER JOB
